​If you are or know someone who is homeless or need a place to live New Roots will aim to house you within an hour.

Your request for a roof over your head will be made on the following basis:
  • ​we have suitable rooms available
  • you are eligible for benefits (or ability to pay)
  • you completing our initial assessment  
  • your willingness to work with us to obtain  further support from staff and or other agencies
You may not be able to stay with us if:
  • you have a have arson or sexual offences
  • if you have been with us before and been asked to leave
